5. Fees and Charges

5.1 Fee Schedule: Our fees are published on our website and mobile app. By using our Services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined in our current fee schedule.

5.2 Fee Changes: We may modify our fees at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any fee changes take effect.

5.3 Currency Conversion: For transactions involving currency conversion, the exchange rate applied will be the rate displayed at the time of the transaction, which includes our margin.

5.4 Third-Party Fees: You may incur additional fees from third parties, such as correspondent banks or your mobile network provider. We are not responsible for such fees.

6. User Obligations

As a user of our Services, you agree to:

• Use the Services only for lawful purposes

• Not use the Services for any illegal or fraudulent activity

9. Limitation of Liability

• Indirect, consequential, or special damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of data or goodwill
• Damages resulting from service interruptions or technical issues
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence

9.2 Liability Cap: Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9.3 Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Neuralvaultonline, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any fraudulent or illegal activity conducted through your account

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You: You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending transactions will be processed, and remaining funds will be returned to you, less any outstanding fees.

11.2 Termination by Us: We may suspend or terminate your account with immediate effect if:

• You breach these Terms
• We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity
• You fail our identity verification or ongoing due diligence
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority

11.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to access the Services ceases immediately. We will return any remaining funds to your designated bank account within 30 Business Days.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California and applicable United States federal law.

12.2 Dispute Resolution: We encourage amicable resolution of disputes. If a dispute arises:

• First, contact our customer support team to attempt resolution
• If unresolved, our complaints team will investigate within 15 Business Days
• If still unresolved, you may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority
• As a last resort, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice through:

• Email notification to your registered email address
• In-app notification when you log in
• Updated Terms posted on our website

Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must close your account before the changes take effect.
